Title: Returning to the game
Post by: USRanger on December 05, 2017, 07:43:17 PM: Took about a year off. Jaeger1 has poked & prodded me enough to return. So if anyone of yas remembers me, well...hi. Dale, I'm real sorry about Sudz. I always enjoyed chatting with him.

This place still smells like wet dweebs.

Been a bad year that way for me, this year I lost 6 friends who I flew with in my RV.

From AH2 to AH3. Totally different formats. I'm personally not a fan of the new format, although it looks better. Just a lot more work.

The entire terrain making process is entirely different. Basically a total different game from AH2 when it comes to content creation.

I signed up again yesterday too, had a couple of nice fights allready, but omg the rust.... Atleast i remembered how to do a hammerhead...

Waiting to get my old handle back, so for now im a shade :O

AHIII seems ok tough, i did not notice an overwhelming improvment even tough i put all the graphics settings on Max and started playing, but i guess if i had returned to AHII i would had gotten the feeling "WTF is these graphics omg its so old" - but i did not get that at all now, but then again i didnt get a WoW! feeling either from it.

Other then that it took a bit long to find fights, got a feeling that theres more players that is playing Ground Vehicles then there is pilots, but our country had a bad map placement aswell, so that part might improve.

A lot of times.. bad map placement is simply being the third country, while two others fight eachother... COUGH!

I've moved on to falling down a couple steps and breaking my femur into 3 pieces. Cutting off my thumb was just a warm up. :)
