Title: Texture creation error, with psave and screenshot

See attached.  I was trying to get the FOV slider up, and was changing some graphics settings, thinking the FOV slider wasn't coming on because I had all the candy turned up.

I still can't get the field of view slider to show up on Graphics Detail page of clipboard.
