Title: Disable Vsync won’t deselect

When checking in game video settings and confirming VR settings, the “Disable Vsync......” box is checked.  When the box is deselected, the restart the game message appears.  After the game is restarted and the in game video settings is selected, the “Disable Vsync......” box has a check in it.

For VR, vertical sync is disabled, by design.
