Title: Capability to listen to radio while alt-tabbed out.

I wish I could enable an option so I can hear the in-game radio when I have the game alt-tabbed out.

With windowed mode it would be possible i think but hitech already said its not gonna happen.

I think its possibly programmically. I came across a mod for another game which allowed sounds when minimized.
