not sure if I wished for this before.
during a current tour a way to see what country won a terrain/map during that tour.
like last night Knights won the SMpizza map-then Buzzsaw was next, Knights was 1 base away from winning that one-I log on this morning and CraterMA is up, but no one can or will tell me who one buzzsaw, plenty time Knights been 1 base away from winning and blow it.
something like a open running list perhaps in options or on the clipboard or even better in the O'club you know-->
country-map-date. please think about it. thankyou

Agree, we used to have a tally of map wins but it got taken away (not sure why).
-
I think it would add more competition having the "wins" available.

Just a guess, but it may have been seen as demoralizing to the team that seldom won.

pfft that is very un-american if that was the case!
If I remember rightly the numbers were more or less equal. Of course these days I'd guess Bish would win more than most however it still would be interesting to see and I would wager it is closer than everyone would imagine.

We never had such a thing in the time I was here.

it was on the extended score pages and was listed as bish, knight, rook wins.

After a map win, the winning team has 5 minutes to vote for the next map. The voting screen could have small pics of each map.

+1 (Might actually get some of the eternal "I just want to furball and I hate Buzzsaw" crowd to actually get involved rather than sabotage others' efforts to play the Map Win aspect of play.

no-with bish winning most times-we could end up playing the same map 3 or 4 times in a roll, would get real boring real fast, not saying bish would win all the time, but I have seen them win 3 in a row more than once.

You could also exclude the last 3 won maps from being voted on.

I like it.. .but instead of a vote, the troop that won the war gets to pick the map; minus the previously played map. :bolt:
Either way, I like the sound of the winning "team" getting influence on the next map in rotation.

no I don't want any maps excluded or voted on-I just would like to have a running update for who won what map or maps in a currant tour, click on one of the boxes to bring up a list of currant bases won, by whatever side in the tour, that's all.

Everything contributing to bolstering country-centric thinking was removed from the scores/stats a long time ago.

I'm sure it was done to bolster "community " in the game and to try and tone down the "country loyalty ". How's that worked out over the years? :devil

I have no quantifiable data to say it has changed anything, but it certainly could contribute to "country loyalty".

isn't it about time we canned the chess pieces, lets have red, blue and green instead.
Axis vs Allies? :bolt:

Make it
Axis vs Allies vs Aliens (Aliens have both planesets!) :devil

I will say this...anecdotally....I find myself much more aware of which side I’m on—and more resistant to switch—with chess pieces vs the colors found in Brand X. YMMV.
