Title: Player created arenas botched

I'm not showing any terrains when trying to create an arena...and have confirmed with Kanth and Devil that they see the same...

Same here -- no ability to select terrain as the selection box is empty.

The maps do show up now. Strangely when I went to download "northsea" it downloaded "avaChannl", after trying to make another arena it just loads back into "avaChannl" and under Choose Terrain for offline, I don't see northsea listed at all.

Maybe it is something quirky with the map file.

It's broken again.  Same thing -- no terrains show up in drop-down box.

I Just finished moving the Custom Hosts to a different server, so we should no longer have the issue we have been having this week.
