Ok. I got tired of dogfighting cartoon planes and upgraded my system to get that 1K range advantage on all you people. That is if I can get off the MOBO and BIOS splash!
ASUS Z370 E-Gaming
Intel I5-8600k
16Gig-3000 ram
GeForce 1050ti
Windows 10 loaded on the 250SSD M.2 onboard drive (I think)
I’m stuck on the first power on splash. All drives disconnected, memory checked.
Ideas??
Can I retrieve my AH3 account from my old windows 7 HD and not loose my points, skins or head position sets?

Are you getting any beep codes as it powers up?
Here's the table of code meanings from ASUS website:

Whatever your MB manual calls for to enter your BIOS screen (most times it is the DEL key) hit repeatedly as soon as you turn the PC on...
Then in your BIOS you will find the option to disable the splash screen
This will allow you to be able to see what your PC is doing while booting up
Hope this helps

You should be able to retrieve your settings folder and account login info

Thanks
All hardware checks out. Windows 10 was loaded and product key was entered then all current updates were added.
I did the restart as required and thought I’d be installing Graphic card drives and updates and all I get is the MOBO splash again.

I assume it booted before the updates were installed? It could be the recent Meltdown/Spectre updates causing the boot problem. Been reports of those updates causing some problems.
You should have installed all the drivers, before doing any updates. That could also be the problem.
Like others have suggested, disable the motherboard splash screen, in the BIOS, so you can see where in the process it is failing to boot.

Fli, some of the ASUS MB's also have a "quick boot" option you can/should disable in the Bios also, at least while you are troubleshooting , this being disabled will allow you to see everything happening/loading without skipping any steps with the splash screen disabled
Hope this helps

It did.
I removed the Windows 10 USB stick and disabled the F1 startup.
Windows is doing its updates again.
29% and counting
