Title: ctd 5 minutes into the game

everytime I log into the game no matter what time it is the game crashes to desk top approx. 5 minutes after I start playing, this happens everyday, if I log in 5 times a day it will happen 5 times, also it will  ctd 2 or 3 times within a 3 or 4 hour period, not a real big deal just annoying and almost always happens right at the wrong moment. any ideas?--ty

A DXDIAG output might be helpful (post it as an attachment please).

You might try renaming the "settings" folder as any abnormal crash of the game could corrupt files in the "settings" folder.  If the problem persists, after that, then it is something else.
