Looks like a bunch of Soviets captured a Borgward - a German remote controlled tank - and then did a bunch mods any backwoods enthusiasts would love - and made it drive-able.

Those are rocket launchers actually  - 8.8cm recoiless rocket launchers and with its 3.3kg rockets. During the middle of WWII, the panzer armored divisions started converting the R/C tanks into actual drive-able units - and it looks like these Russian dudes got themselves one (Battle of Berlin?).  The Soviet Army was notorious for using captured German armor but they weren't very good at using them.  The Finns were masters at effectively using captured tanks. :)
