Wow! The airplane scenes look great!

(Yeah, really poor fight, but what else is new in movies. Aviation movie people should fly some AH to learn what they should put in so it isn't so stupid.)

Post by: fd ski on March 30, 2018, 06:43:43 AM: Watched it. Actually really cool movie. Japan trying to reconcile Kamikaze and war ethos. Does a good job without attempts to whitewash anything. Flight scenes are pretty good ( except for 4 year veteran in a zeke weaving and waving in front of slow bellybutton pony ), acting is top notch, script goes along well, with some stretching - but movie is definitely directed toward Japaneses audiences so it might be appropriate.

Generally enjoyable 2 hours. Recommended.
