So I logged off and ran a couple of Ping Plots. One to the Malee Arena and one to the Match Arena.

Doesn't look good. Why does CrapCast send a hop to Amsterdam ? 

Also, Is their a way to run a VPN to the AH servers and BBS ?

Added a DXDiag if needed.

You need to send that to Comcast network engineering and ask them about the routing issue.

We actively block open VPN relays as virtually every hacker uses them.  In most cases, a VPN will make things worse, depending on where the relay is.

Amsterdam in that case is not the city in Europe - Level3 is a US backbone supplier, and that particular link appears to be located in Colorado.
