Title: global settings to control modes

I wish some global settings were not global but part of the control modes: disable all mouse controls, mouse sensitivity, and probably some others related to input devices.

I really think this is a big part of making gv's unplayable for me, a mouse user.  Huge +1

In the GV aspect, for me using the mouse is perfect. I am mouse user in flight and on the ground. Also, a lot of guys that I know use the mouse for GV'ing.
