Title: Settings Folder Error

Hmmmmm...

So, just lost my desktop to a power supply issue. Trying to get set up on the laptop, fresh install from the website...
Constant errors w/ anything settings related, as there seems to have been no settings folder (nor any individual .cfg files) created...
Closing and restarting the game has no effect, uninstall/reinstall neither.
Suggestions?

Please send help! (RL is just too damn much right now.)

What type of errors (please be specific)?
Are you running the game from an SSD?
Are you running any anti-xxxx software?
