Title: AAA Strat flack towers wont fire on low bombers.

B-17s low over Bishop strat flack towers wont shoot at the bombers but the ground AAA will. Also this film the screen shot was taken from was shot in daytime yet when reviewed only plays in night mode? All four guns were up on the tower but can't be seen in the film due to night time.
