This either caused in patch 7 or 8 as I noticed it before installing today's patch - which did not solve the issue.
It looks like bumps become depressions and vice versa.

Has anyone at HTC looked into this yet?
I'm working on a new skin template and I'd really like this fixed so I can properly gauge my normal map.

I'll take a look but I bet it is BiNormal = Normal cross Tangent and should be BiNormal = Tangent cross Normal.
A change made when hands were added that the binormal i now computed in the shader.
