Title: How do squads change their squad info on the TOD site?

First go to the Events site. http://events.hitechcreations.com/ (http://events.hitechcreations.com/)

The in the drop down list under TOD you see "Squad Dossier" Click on that.

Enter the C.O.'s call sign and password. If you don't know it then there is probably a reason.  ;)

From there all C.O.'s and trusted squad members can update their squad lists of pilots, guests and lots of other information.

C.O.'s don't be afraid to share this and lighten the load if you have a good X.O. or flight leader/s.

i end up adjusting mine either right before or right after depending on if I get different guests.

they haven't taken a real hardline on roster adjustments and i think thats good because it allows us to get more people a taste of tod

How "up to date" is needed?

I understand that guests must be properly accounted for; but should I remove a regular attender from the roster should he have a weekend off?

Or does it not matter if there are names that don't fly, so long that every one that does fly is accounted for?
