Title: Bad connection iwith lots of packet loss for the first time in weeks

Hi everyone,

game is unplayable tonight for me - I am getting constant disconnects and the built-in ping plotter wasnt looking good. Here is my pingplotter image:

Any ideas?

The 4.15.44.126 is in Level3's network.  That is where things have gone bad.  It happens on the outbound route as well.
