Title: Resupplying Knight AAA

After three resupply trips to AAA it shows 16%.  Checking clipboard down times that shows one building dead.  On my second trip it showed less than 2 minutes down time on all buildings.  After dropping supplies it showed 16% with no affect for resupply.  All three resupply showed 94 buildings with 10 minutes less downtime. :noid
