Title: TE - Button: Set All Defaults in the Make Map

When using the Make Map function in the TE, it seems to me that clicking the Set All Default button should set Show Grid Lines and Show Terrain.

When I launched Make Map, those two were reset to unchecked and the Set All Default button didn't change that. Anyone not knowing that they need to be set would be confused by the inability to build the CBM in the TE.
