Was wondering if there was a current list of which strat affects which downtime of an object. IE, what affects the downtime of the autoguns?
Where could one download this info?

AA Factory: All auto guns
Radar Factory: Base radars
Training Facility: Barracks
Refinery: Fuel tanks
Ammunition Factory: Ordnance Bunkers
Hitting those strats adds up to 120 minutes to the downtime of objects destroyed afterwards.

So is the downtime of objects calculated as a rate of the percentage damage to the supporting Strat, i.e. 12 minutes additional downtime for 10% damage to the start (based on 100% destruction of the strat adding 120 minutes to downtime)?

So the real question is when the AAA strat is down, why do GNG guns at a Vehicle base only stay down for 15 mins & BAS guns go down for longer times?

You got it the wrong way. GNG (and all other auto guns you find on ships, for example) stay down for 30+(strat bonus) minutes. Downtime can also be shortened by resupply.
BAS are manned guns and stay down for 15 minutes fixed (just like all other manned guns, for example shore batteries). They can't be resupplied at all.
The 15 minutes for manned guns is equivalent to the hangar downtimes of 15 minutes (both items 'spawn' players).
