Title: Mapping E6B command

I always use E6B.  Is there a way to map it to a button so it is part of my take off routine or do I have to make a macro for my Warthog throttle?

Would be cool if it could be a check box to be active always if you wanted. I use it a lot too and that would save a step.

I would also like the abilty to open only the E6B without the rest of the clipboard.
