Is it possible to change the skin selection to update as we click on the skin rather than having to select then go back to the list?
Probably not explaining myself but thinking like a mouse over command rather than a select.

Good idea.
Or scroll with the mouse thumb wheel and it cycles through the skins.

So, like a skin selector that is a left and right arrow mouse click to go through the skins while viewing the aircraft? (Rather than go through dropdown list, pick, look again).

You are correct you are not explaining what you wish. Are you saying you wish the skin to change as you mouse over the skin name? Or that if you click on a skin name, you wish the drop down box would not close?

That and/or you hover over the airplane in the hangar and can roll the mouse wheel to cycle through the skins.

I think this is the one he is talking about. While in the hanger with the drop down box open you can click each skin getting the view of the skin without having to reopen the dropdown box for each view. Sure would make checking out/selecting a new skin easier.

Add a mouse scroll option. Having to select the drop down menu is a tiny bit clunky. A player should be able to rotate through the skins even with the clipboard hidden. Hover over the airplane and move the mouse wheel to scroll through the skins. Or click on the left or right of the plane to move to the next one in the sequence. I have seen something like this in other games and it works really well.

Agreed. I think a "zoom" mode in the hangar that changed the default eye position to somewhere much lower and closer, with scroll buttons on either side to cycle through the aircraft would be cool, especially if the aircraft slid out one side of the screen as the next aircraft slid in from the side on which the scroll button was clicked.

Tough to implement based on the size of aircraft I suppose - the default position for a B-29 would have to be much further back than for a P-51 for example.
+1 on the mouse scroll idea as well.

Yes, do not have the selection list close. Mouse over or click is fine but have the list persistent so it is easier to scroll / view the skins

All of the above.

Good idea. That would be a cool feature.

I also think it'd be nice to be able to see the other side of the aircraft while in the hangar- maybe holding a mouse button down and dragging could spin the aircraft around. Most often the nose art is on the left side of the aircraft so we don't get to see it in the hangar.
