Title: Make Troopers Look Like They Are Running

I'm pretty sure they used to run realistically - but I think when the switch from snowman paratrooper skin back to soldier skin was made, the running behavior was still stuck on snowman mode, which I assume is hopping with their arms straight out from their sides. Hopefully it won't be much work to correct it to what it should be.
