With VSync on, fps is capped to what your monitor's refresh rate is. Your monitor must be 60hz. You can turn VSync off to test what your computer would be capable of doing with your current settings, but you do NOT want to leave it off, or you get rubber bullets possibly and/or tearing.
The refresh rate of your monitor is all you're actually getting displayed, so it's best to leave it on.

You can have the best video card in the world.....if your monitor is only capable of doing 60fps that is all your going to get my friend....you may need a 120htz monitor...

Great news seeing you back.
Is there not a recover password??? If not, you may want to call or PM Skuzzy.
Welcome back!
:rock

Skuzzy will be happy to send you a PM for your password.
However, if you have your old Settings folder saved somewhere, login.cfg contains both your game ID and your password. You can open the login.cfg file with Notepad.

If you still have your old machine with AH on it, open the settings folder and look for the login.cfg file.
Otherwise, you'll need to contact Skuzzy or open a new account.

Good to see you Cap. I will be back soon. Not too long my home will be done and we will be back in it.

Hurricane Harvey flooded our home. We had 51.88" rain.
We moved into our RV in the driveway and decided to upgrade the whole house inside and out.

If you know your login ID, go to the Online option, in the game, and hit the "Forgot Password" button. You can reset your password there.
If you do not know your login ID, then you need to contact billing@hitechcreations (Carrie) and she will get it for you. She will need information to find any active account you might have. Usually best to call her with the credit/debit card number used by the account.
