The only difference in the previous (radar) and this is, all planes appear as fighters and no radar for GV's, (along with some technical stuff). Is there anything else. Just asking, I want to be informed.

No nme GV icons, if you go to a base that is flashing and no aircraft icons probably a GV there.  You will still see the nme square red box dar when on that base just no icon.
