The first one is a Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane.

That particular company "Erickson" is based in Portland Oregon, and their maintenance base is in Southern Oregon. They have around 20 Skycranes based all over the world for Firefighting.

There is another company called HSI which is a Canadian owned company based in Oregon that also operates the Skycrane. On the North end of the same airport where HSI is based is Columbia Helicopter, and they fly the Chinooks.

The second Heli looks like a Eurocopter, which is owned by Airbus now.
