There's a serious shortage of Axis bombers in our setups. We have 4 in total for two countries. Two German and two Japanese (Betty and Ki-47 + Ju-88 + He-111).
As well, we should have at least one Italian bomber...now what was the most common Italian bomber used during WWII? :headscratch:

If you are thinking just MA, then that is about it. If you wish to include Scenario's/FSO, then a few more come to mind:
Do-17
G3M
Ki-21
Ki-48
CANT Z.1007

Do217 because there's no Dornier of any kind yet.
It will come with the Hs 293 and Fritz X included, for sure?

I think the most popular Italian bomber was the Savoi -Marchetti s79. a tri engine. dated design It did have a 20mm cannon "firing forward and a 2200 lb bomb load. It was fairly speedy though 275mph.. According to Jane's , It may have been the best torpedo bomber of the war.

We could use another bomber.

Most axis bombers were nothing more than antiquated designs that were slow easy targets with weak defensive fire power and light bomb loads. some exceptions are the Junkers JU88s and JU188s. pretty fast, 6600 lb bombload & decent defensive armament . The JU388 . I don't know if It was considered a production model, but most likely about as many of Them saw service as the Me163s or Ta152s. The Japanese had some fast bombers, but a 2200 lb bombload is a joke. Although the Kawanishi H8K 4 engine seaplane was a mighty aircraft. 290mph at about 16,500 feet, 5 20 mm cannons and a bombload of 4500 lbs. To My knowledge none were produced with landing gear, so They would have to launch from water. So maybe They could be spawned like pt boats from bases near water.

I'd be content with an Ar 234P.

I am not aware of an Arado Ar 234 P. The V, a , b and c models.. The 234 was a failure as a bomber. I don't think one ever even scored a direct hit on the Ludendorf bridge. It was a success as a photo recon bird though.. And as in the rear mounted guns of the Me 410. They were so poorly designed. virtually all air crews omitted or refused to make the operational.
