This is the last of the three Aleutians skins requested by Perdue3, thanks to Lyric1 for finding the info for it.

This B5N2 from the IJN carrier Ryujo was flown by PO1c Hiroshi Nishimura, Lt. Masayuki Yamagami and PO2c Shõji Endõ during the June 3rd/4th attack on the Aleutian Islands. This was an operation designed to divert American attention from the main IJN attack at Midway.

Nice job. 

Parshall and Tully (“Shattered Sword” — must read) contend it was not a diversion but an effort to protect their northern flank.  Interesting stuff.

We do have an Aleutian Terrain. Last I heard it needed its shorelines reworked though.
