Title: OCT FSO is Up

CIC's for Frame One, because of my foul up I am making mock orders for both sides you may modify or use what I have, but as soon as I have CIC's selected and I get a chance at work I will get those out.

To the entire community I want to apologize to each and everyone of you. I have let the CM Team down, because of my failure, and in return I have let the FSO community down. I truly just had my dates wrong, but I should have checked back in here weeks ago. If any of you have any issues with this setup direct them to me. It is no one on the teams fault except for mine. Once again I am sorry for getting this out so late, and in such short notice.

For those of you that remember this setup from last year I have modified and changed a few things as well for balance (or to try anyhow). You will see all of that at the bottom of my write up.

To be clear. This is my foul up and not BFoot1's. I should have ensured this was ready to go last week. I am still learning my role as CM CO. For that, I apologize. This is a work in progress for me.
