Title: Need help. I can't take off!

This forum seems kinda dead but maybe an expert here can help me out. 

Here is a sample mission where I am trying to spawn in a AC and take off. It seems like that should be simple but I am screwing it up somehow. I just die instantly.  :O

If anyone can educate me, I would appreciate it.
