Thought you all would like to see this. One of the features exile set up is a way for CM's to track how many show up. I just changed it to percent. Keep in mind squads need to have at least 66% show up or they can be dropped from the TOD. I use the lowest number of the committed numbers to come up with the percentage. If there is errors please let us know here.
13th TAS, 308 Polish, MAG 33, Assassins, are these accurate? If they are you need to lower your committed numbers. Sooner or later these will catch up and I will be dropping squads that keep over committing.
Squads Percent of committed numbers in Frame 3 of TOD #2
13th TAS - 0%
308 (Polish) Squadron - 25%
332 Viking Squad - 100%
332nd Flying Mongrels - 100%
416 RCAF - 75%
56th Fighter Group - 100%
Arabian Knights - 100%
Fat Drunk Bastards - 100%
JV44 Wurger-Staffel - 100%
Marine Air Group 33 57%
Rogue Squadron - 75%
The ASSASSINS - 54%
The Screamin' Blue Messiahs - 72%

Well, from memory the 308th had 4 spots held and we exceed that on the second frame.
IM thinking that seeing as how the last frame was postponed and uncertain untill a day before due to organisers not meeting thier commitments some leeway towards squads might be a good guester ;)

Hi Daddog,
Based on the MAG-33 commitment of 7-10 pilots.
SwoopGB was also part of the MAG-33 squad, (As indicated by Rip in this thread. http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=54&t=000017 (http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=54&t=000017)
SwoopGB is missing from the TOD Frame 3 Squad analysis for MAG-33. His inclusion would have made our numbers 5, (71% of 7) and well within the 66% requirement.

Yeah, I was missing from the roster too (I was unable to commit the next two weeks, and Swoop was on vaca, then 9-11 happened...we pushed back 1 week I believe? Then swoop came back, I was able to free up this past Fri. night)
I updated the MAG-33 rosters, too Exile.

One day before??? I don't think so. Swoop asked about it Monday, 5 days before the event. http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=54&t=000115 (http://www.hitechcreations.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=54&t=000115)
The question was asked Rosco, please don't point the finger and blame others. I am just pointing out the percents and reminding squads about the numbers and asking if there was a good reason.
It is something squads should be concerned about.
-
I just updated the results based on changes the COs made to their rosters.
Everyone is accounted for except Alleng.
Daddog ... if you check the squad view page again in HQ, it will show the updated stats.
-
IM not pointing fingers or blameing anything on anyone. I appricate the job and commintment you guys put into these events. It was just a friendly sudguestion.
We had full attendence for the first 2 frames. Becker was called upon for work and afaik closed his AH account all together. Funked was in for all 3 frames but the delay cut into his vacation time. I was there so that leaves 1 unaccounted for excuse.
-
Uh my excuse? I was called away at the last minute to go to Indianapolis for the weekend (Funked had an extra ticket). So it sucks as an excuse. Call it squad business.
Again, I was able to commit to the three TOD meets that preceded this one, but this weekend conflicted with the USGP.
Rosco's right: when we signed up, we committed to Fridays during the three weeks preceding the last frame. As it happened, many of us could not show for the weekend for which we didn't make such a commitment. As a squad, we appreciate very much the troubles that the TOD staff go to in order to make this thing work, and we don't commit lightly: when we say we'll be there, we will be there.

I was gunna meet Sundog there but he was unable to attend at the last minute.

Oh man, sorry to hear that we missed ya. For the race we were North Vista, sec. 42. But for practice and quals, we were all over the course :)
It was a good race.
BTW, <S> Daddog and the TOD team. It can't be easy.

It was my fault.

CO's of each frame:
Its very important to get those orders out ASAP, MrPluto (CO of MAG-33) didn't receive orders until late thurs. They went out Fri morning, but by then, folks didn't know if we'd be flying or not, and subsequently some made other plans for that night.
-
Speaking of which.....it's wednesday......as acting CO of MAG-33 this frame I'd like to request orders and assignment of aircraft ASAP please.

Sorry taking a week off. I don't think we will have a Snapshot Friday, but we might if I find a CM to host it.
If not you will find the Mongrels in the CT arena warming up for the TOD on the 12th. ;)
I will have the squads assigned and the Frame C.O.'s listed by Saturday if not sooner. I will post it in the TOD forum and e-mail all the C.O.'s as usual.
Looks like we have two new squads that applied and we are looking them over now. :D
