Title: steam and aces high3

Is there not any way to run aces high in dx9 through steam. I have screen freezes with dx11 version. My brother had same problem and dx9 version fixed it for him, but i don't know how to get to the files though steam to setup a shortcut for the dx9 version.

Steam only has the one exe file. There is no choice between DX9 and 11.
