Title: radar question

For a while, after the recent radar change, a landed goon showed as a bomber icon to any enemy within icon range.  Then, it seemed to have been changed so no icon showed.  Now, I am told that the icon shows again.

So, what is the current situation?  (And did it really change, or did I just imagine that it did?)

It never changed, that I noticed.
