Thanks to Lyric1 for finding me the info for this skin.
This Ju-88A-4 was from the staff flight of 5./KG1 while based in Russia in January 1943. It had a well-worn coat of winter whitewash painted over its two-tone green scheme.

Great work, but I'm worried that the green may prove to be inaccurate. Do you have anything stating that 5 Staffel, Kg 1 used green paint for it's markings? Usually green is reserved for geschwader or gruppe command staff aircraft, and typically red or black is the color used by the second staffel in a specific gruppe. 5 Staffel being the second staffel of II Gruppe Kg 1.

I got my wires crossed somewhere when writing up the description of the scheme. As the aircraft code ends in an E it must have been part of the 4th group staffel.

It may have even been 1 staffel. Both 1 and 4 would use white as their color when not in the winter. Green is a possible substitute for white during winter.
Also the staffeln would typically use letters closer to A for lower numbered staffeln. A-D are almost always used for Geschwader and Gruppe command aircraft. So E would be available for 1 Staffel in most cases.
Of course, a google search for Kg 1 Ju 88's have a bunch of profiles of plane with H codes and claim it's 1 Staffel. So perhaps Kg 1 is different than standard. I'll do some more digging.

Great looking skin, even if you have to correct it some later. Spooky look to it.

That’s an interesting pattern. Looks like it would be especially hard to see against snowy background. Nice job.👍
