Title: U.S. 8th dropped from the TOD

U.S. 8th Armored Division has been dropped from the TOD. For those in that squad who would like to participate, please seek out other squads and fly as a guest.

I realize that leaves the IJN short. I will look at the numbers and talk to skernsk. Maybe a smaller squad will switch sides. No promises.
