can i get my old name/account back. i had to make a new one because it got deleted but it still says the name is taken

Call them during regular business hours and they will fix it for you. Central time.

An e-mail works too. Account and billing support can be reached at billing@hitechcreations.com, says the subtitle of the Technical Support forum. Even a PM to Skuzzy might work.

I've never called them.
