Title: Downloading stdshape.res

I'm trying to install full version of the game since I missed some patched.

Installer started downloading stdshape.res - it takes forever. Such long downloads I prefer to do with wget so I can do other things while it is downloading.
Is there any way to download stdshape.res and use one outside installer scope?
