I have 3 films, all of which show a static map with nothing happening - is there a bug in the terrain vs film?

I got the same problem for the one film I shot. Basically the map for the Phillipines comes up with me at a land base .. instead of at a CV and when you hit play nothing happens except for the timer slider skipping to the end.
