Title: Gunner positions can reload??

Hey all,
I was reading the latest NEWS post by pyro about the up and coming relesase of 1.04 and #20 20- Gunner reload bug..  Gunners can reload once they run out??  If so  HOW??
Anyone that can help I would appreicate more info on this subject.

I believe it refers to the hot refuel/rearm stations and that gunner positions were not being reloaded.
