you already have a gun camera when recording. you have to already be recording-then when you are watching film-on right side of screen-above player list put a x in the box and it will set you to gun camera.

The drawback to the current system is you have to have film on and you may end up with a 20 minute film for 2 mins of action.  Having film captured for a set time before and after an event reduces the need to trawl through 'dead time'.

My cctv sysyem works on a similar principle.  Everything is recorded but when viewing it skips to events so I do not have to view hours of data.

Perhaps the trick is to retain the record all but only save elements either side of firing a weapon

Well there you go... he can mount a CCTV on his hat while flying. What a great idea.

An option Record Auto Enemy that starts recording your film when an enemy icon is in range and off when there are none in range.

What you ask for would be very problematic. But I could add markers in the film that allowed you to jump to the shooting positions in the film viewer.

That would be nice.

Your idea would clip the excess film off the ends.   I don’t think the above proposal does that.

I usually go through the entire recording.  But having a marker where I fired my guns or rockets, or dropped bombs, or when taking any damage, that would be very helpful.

Agreed. Made this request a while back. Would be nice to have. Also a add the lead sight as a toggle to see where you should be aiming vs where you were actuslly shooting would be a cool tool to improve your skills
