It looks very similar but seems slower than in th AH.

Pretty much just like when you're using Oculus. The fights seem a little like slo-mo.

Those look like Yak trainers (circa 1970s) like Yak-50/52's. Which explains why they are slower ( http://50-is-the-new-30.blogspot.com/2010/08/flying-in-frostys-yak-52.html )
