Title: Skin Request-My Yorkshire Dream

B17G 42-38051 303rd BG 427BS Molesworth, England.

 Nothing spectacular about this plane, it has sentimental value to me as my Father, Ralph E Quint was flying as co-pilot when it was shot down. Somehow the idea has lodged in my head that I might get some kind of spiritual connection to the Father I never knew if I could fly his plane. Silly I know.

Not silly at all.  Hope someone takes it on for you. There is a 25 that was done for a players Dad previously

The only issue I can see is that I don't think there is any current active skin makers who have a B-17 template?

It's not a dumb request at all.  I did a P-51 for someone's family member here.   It was probably the most rewarding skin I ever made.

I did my first one in part as an "I LOVE YOU" to my gf since she has the same name.   I tried to get one of my friends who doesn't play the game to do it and in my impatience I took it on myself.    You should consider that for your dad's B-17 if you can't find anyone to take it on.   You could learn a lot and have some fun along the way.

Thanks Vraciu, I have considered making one myself, but current health issues preclude a lot of desk time. Maybe when things improve I can attempt it.
