...is there such a thing. Maybe only internal to the offices of HTC?

It's called the terrain editor and you will need the project files from the AH2 terrain to target with the AH3 terrain editor to perform the conversion.

They are not available. It was Batfink's obstacle course map. He's gone to live in Spain, parachuting.
