Title: illuminate 109's trim indicators

Flying manual trim it would be nice if I could see the indicators better. If we have them in game why not be able to use them, its getting hard on my lazy eyes  :frown:

When I set manual trim I look over the aircraft nose. The horizon is sufficient for elevator and aileron trim. Aiming at a point in the distance lets you set the rudder trim.
