Title: Movie recommendation
Post by: pembquist on March 20, 2019, 11:07:29 PM
Been having/recovering from the flu/pneumonia and have been dozing off regularly to Netflix. Finally got to see something I have always been curious about, it is a Werner Herzog documentary called "Little Dieter Needs to Fly" about Dieter Dengler. It might not be your cup of tea but I recommend it. Herzog also made a drama on the same story called "Rescue Dawn" which I think I saw but don't remember being impressed by but now I will have to rewatch.

I like that one, too.

Herzog makes some interesting documentaries in general.

I have not yet to partake in viewing of said melodrama based in the US

May it be possible to inform me of your critique of said film Pemb?

Brooke informed me you have the only signed copy personal handle by the executive producers of said tru life narrative of American cowboy life.

That is actually based on an old British story and updated to an 1860s Western. Had limited success over here as the doors were backwards on the theaters.

When my grandfather used his betamax to record tv he thought you had to be quiet in the room.

Watch whatever, whenever, and with no questions asked.

I have one recommendation, Mission Impossible Fallout. It has action and many surprises. Just a fun movie to watch.

Don't waste your time on John Wick. Can't believe they made a sequel. A Bugs Bunny cartoon has more plot.

Check out "Love, Death, & Robots", some great short stories on Netflix.  Worth a look in my opinion... Especially the one with the fighter girl, serious kick-ass-ery.  :salute

I read that when Dieter went on his Navy survival course for downed pilots he actually gained weight? He pretty much ate everything is what it said, I believe it, I also believe that everyone else lost weight.
