Every Rook airfield, save one, has structures as AAA guns. In two cases the airfield itself is an AAA gun. One of the fields' structures are all on their sides. The only one that doesn't have problems is in the South West corner of the map. Not even the AAA guns fire on enemy aircraft.

Luzon 2.1 Bug:
The fields 16 and 17 are mislabeled
you type .move 16 and you show up at the field labeled as 17 on the clipboard map.
