Yes yes yes!

Could the buildings be tied to strats somehow? (Eg. would they show up in the logs as RR destroyed, or just be a random object destroyed?)

Thanks guys.

The buildings are set as Rook owned city buildings. Similar with the rail cars and trucks etc., mostly set as VOIDs in the terrain editor. Jaeger likes to nuke the buildings right after Tank Night starts because they add to the immersion and our audience seems to enjoy the bang. And the resulting environment for the Tank battles can't be beat. The winter version has been the most popular, and you should look at the white-washed default skins, but I'm trying to update the summer version for equal popularity.

Not only are the buildings strat, a tower, map room and hanger can be added for an upcoming capture the flag type of setups jaeger wants to run. No need for field guns, spawns etc. It's all about the fight within the town.

I would love to be able to put something like this into the SE terrains. I suppose the objects would still show in the logs. We have been thinking about some sort of a strat that is a bit larger than an airfield town, but less industrial than a city. From the sound of it, the large Railyard might fit this bill.

Nice!  :x Question though: Do you intend to make larger ones for strats and the City Center that would have more "meat"?  :headscratch:

I started a 4x4 mile, while trying to upscale the 1x1, and running into the 512 pixel per mile limit. It cost a ton of time, and it was horrible. Now I'm behind on finishing the updates which must come first so I have no schedule for completing the 4x4. If everything goes well when I get back to it, it will have a 2 mile railyard, and industrial area and a large city. I'll need to create or co-opt AH2 buildings for additional custom objects to allow enough diversity. It isn't a trivial project.
