The Skins have all Vanished figured I would let it be known

It’s a normal part of a Skin Update Release.   

Reboot.  They should come right back and then new ones will download if you have the box checked.  If they don’t then tell HTC in Bug Reports.

If you have Win10 (or 8/8.1 for that matter) and if you don't have Fast Startup disabled, rebooting may not be enough. Shut the computer down by pressing Shift simultaneously with clicking Shutdown, boot normally.

I can't guarantee this would help but it's one step further in troubleshooting the issue.
