Title: Skins Only Work Offline

  Ok, here's a curiosity.  My skins are only working offline.  In the Offline Practice Arena, I have all the skins.  Online, I have only the default skins.

I recently reinstalled on a new computer, and copied my Settings folder to the new install.  When I didn't see the skins online, I downloaded and installed the full skin pack.  No change.

  Yep.  Saw that in another thread.  I just checked and it is fixed.  Yay.   :rock
