Title: Please hold off on skin submission for a few days.

 or until you type   

nslookup bbs.hitechcreations.com

at a windows command prompt and it returns 71.244.19.168

Any skins submitted yesterday may be screwed up.

Can you please explain what I need to do in more depth.

For example, where does one type "nslookup bbs.hitechcreations.com"?

I was going to do a skins review this week, but I'll delay it until after the submissions process is working properly again.

It could be a propagation issue but, from Oakland CA:

If you are running windows 10: Right-click on Start button, then select "Command Prompt"

I have windows 7, but I was able to find the command prompt.

71.244.19.168 is what I got. So everything is fine for me, correct?

You should now be able to submit skins again.
Any trouble please let me know. Via bug form or private message.

I was able to submit a skin with no problem. I'll still wait a few days before reviewing the current skins though.
